The solutions we offer cannot be purchased off-the-shelf (unless of course we have made a product of it ourselves), here maintenance, management and further development is very important. Our starting point is optimization, and our specialists do that through projects.
Our solutions are implemented with the technologies Microsoft has to offer. These technologies (for example, Power BI) also allow us to provide customization which is sometimes necessary to get the most out of Microsoft technologies.
Consider building an interface, accessing resources or other development work. We have in-house software developers that allow us to not only optimize processes, but also speed them up.
If we see that a solution recurs frequently or a customer has interesting problems that can be set up more efficiently, it may be that a product will be made from this. The premise of these products is always to improve, accelerate and optimize current processes or operations.
Once everything is implemented from A to Z, maintenance, management and ongoing development will also be very important. Business Intelligence is not a ready-made solution that you implant once. You will soon find out that once you have established the KPIs and gathered the right insights, it might be interesting to add new KPIs. Or you find out that you are not currently measuring the right KPIs.
Finally, it is important to ensure that the organization has the right skills to analyze the data and understand the results. This may require training and support to help employees use the BI tools and interpret the results.
